"Independence and flexibility to take decisions. Fast developing company in a fast paced industry."

"Oil and Gas valves are manufactured in this company. Have knowledge of basic manufacturing procedures like castings and forgings. Also, exposure to Q1 and API 6A standards would be necessary."

"Small company. Not a structured approach. Decision are made on each case basis rather than having an standard process."

"There should be proper communication about the job expectation and responsibility. A strategy should be defined about the long term approach of the company and how it wishes to achieve its vision"

"The company is not doing well and has trouble making payroll, would not recommend."

"At times there are periods where the process will lose focus on quality and delay reaction to defect outflow."

"Focus on the customer requirements first and then find a way to make the process leaner without compromising quality."

"I like the people I work with: co-works and boss. I enjoy what I do. The work is fairly easy and I can usually work the hours I want, or the overtime I want."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be willing to work overtime. Even if you don't do anything look like you are willing to do anything and willing to stay until the jobs done. If you know someone there, it is always helpful. Appearance is everything...maybe not for the interview, although that would be nice, it about how committed you look when you are hired that will keep you there."

"I do not feel there is opportunity for further growth. I think I am about as far up the career latter that is available."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It's a job not the buddy system. As managers, you need to learn how to manage - manage everything from employees to scrap and other waste. You need to be firm, fair, and consistent with employees. Know what is going on in your departments and make them more efficient. Eliminate the waste - there is a lot of waste. Hold everyone accountable not just the ones you do not like. Start being proactive not reactive. Start being managers!"

"New validation manager had no medical device experience. Review of protocols were confined to typographical errors corrections. Delayed execution of validation protocols and final validation reports"

"Check educational background and work experience of management personnel. Make sure that they have the adequate management tools to supervise technical subordinates."
