"As mention above I have a good relationship with company (Meggitt) til new company RSA accuired and start to do cost cutting."

"New RSA Engineered Products is an investment company (new) do not understand how important of Quality Assurance are."

"Prepare about your Last recent experience and ready answer human Resourses related and saftery realated question"
What don't you like about working at Weber-Stephen?
"Very dusty enviroment and many saftey related problems,and don't have any future opportunity to expande."
What do you like about working at Superior Metal Finishing?
"Learning about plating metals and how to measure plating thickness."

"The company just sold and I do not have up to date information."
What don't you like about working at Superior Metal Finishing?
"The owner did not know what was required to achieve ISO certification and did not want to learn."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep and eye on what is needed to satisfy the customer."
What do you like about working at L-3?
"Working environment, most people working closely to support each other."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Nothing in particular, just as with any other interviews at other companies."
What don't you like about working at L-3?
"Some area are short-staffed and could not keep up with production need"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Granting vacations to employee in a small department needs to be carefully arranged so that there would not be major impact on production due to significant portions of staff missing work."

"It was a great place to work when it was still PolyPipe."
What do you like about working at Dura-Line?
"Working there was great when it was still PolyPipe but went quickly downhill after Dura-Line purchased the company. My boss who hired my in was one of the first to have his job eliminated. Since the purchase, a total of 10 individuals including myself were let go."
What don't you like about working at Dura-Line?
"As I previously stated, I had absolutely no complaints up until Dura-Line purchased the company. After that, I felt that my job was in danger as I watched others be let go as each week went by. I knew it was only a matter of time which made the past three months almost unbearable. Many of the people that are still there are upset because they have lost all the bonuses and incentive programs that PolyPipe provided them. Many have received cuts in pay as well."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Since I was exposed to Dura-Line's executive management for such a very short time, I do not have any suggestions for them other than to treat people like people and not like cogs in the machine."

"The company is a mess and has been for years. Poor Management."

"Management corporate being in there not listening to what needs to be done."

"Start Listening to the people and do things right. and for the people who know."

"It was an older older facility, but it did have new machines."

"Great ethical company, Great training, great management, good pay and benefits."

"The interview process is typical of any large aerospace company now days. Telephone interviews, possibly followed by 3/4 hrs of face-to-face interviews by team members and perhaps a psychological test."
What don't you like about working at Goodrich?
"As stated Goodrich is really a great place to work I have nothing negative to say about the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Goodrich management is on the cutting edge of the aerospace industry, most of the management team are visionary in thought process and implementation."

"The total support from corporate to develop and improve the process"

"Positive actitud, open for changes and prepared to work long hours"

"There were no health and retirement benefits, which I think are very important."

"Improve the comunication with their customers to obtain better feedback ."

"My job as a Quality Engineer at Motorola Mobility can be described as good mainly because of the Ninja Authoring tool team that I am working with. This is a very passionate and hard working team, something that I really like since I possess the same qualities."

"The IT Resources and benefits (not including the health insurance plan, which is a good one)."

"Work environment, support by coworkers and managers, growth potential, customer interaction"

"I would suggest to research Cyatec on all possible areas - work environment, vision, mission, good world citizen, benchmark, etc"

"Uncertainty after being bought by Cyatec, Umeco corporate management failed to communicate sale transition"

"Improve communication throughout the various facilities, departments to avoid rumors within the organization"

"The company was very productive. The accomplished tasks in a quick and timely fashion with a minimum amount of managerial overview and investment."

"None. This company is now a Oracle company and seems to be functioning a little differently."

"Nothing. This company was AMAZING and helped the employee accomplish their goals any way possible."

"None. This company was a JOY to work for and helped one gain much information about any area they needed or wanted information about. They were very helpful when the need was immediate and pertained to immediate job task duty completion."

"Be Confident and be yourself. Enjoy each moment of the interview. Ask the interviewer to define your Job Tasks and understand you long term role."

"Overloaded the employee with work , Demanding Folks, Tiresome and Frustrating , Conflicts between the work tasks between different discipline, long Job Hours"

"Motivate the Team member, Appreciate their work, Assign the Task accurately without overloading the employee"

"Lot of Learning with all the aspects of Quality. Opportunity to wear different hats."

"Your work doesn't limit to Job description, since its going to be Five Times more. You will be able to wear many hats at a same time from operator to technician to repairmen to Purchasing to Quality. So be ready to muti- task at any given point of the day."

"Stressful, Lot of overtime leading relationship problem with family, Exhausted, over - Loads of work, Aggressive and demanding workforce.."

"Understand the needs of employee. Assign task which doesn't exhaust them. Smile and motivate"
