"plan better, PLan the job, tool the job, equip the job, execute the plan."

"Fellow employees are very respectful and hard working. Also, we are lucky enough to have good equipment."

"we dont have enough work ,nor do they want to travel for work so therefor it affects my salary"

"you should always seek more work even if its out of town."

"The company rewarded management personnel well. The campus is very nice"

"Understand the stability of your position since they are moving"

"They are moving to Costa Rica and managers are pushing people back leaving litte advancement opportunity"

"To put people that have quality experience in positions of Quality Director or above"
