"Pepsi likes to hear Yes. Any hesitation, even based on realistic concerns will count against you."
What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?
"Plant managers were changing too fast and in the reorganization, the business unit managers lost sight of how trying to drive the Hawaii plant like a mainland plant caused problems in the past."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Gain the courage to tell the upper level managers when there are cautionary tales that may hinder keeping promises made that were made without good information."

"nothing, got terminated when fellow employee went behind my back and made charges up"

"make a record of everything, the state is going to be investigating them for issueing firearms to felons and the federal government, if they get off their collective butt, will be fining them for contract violations"

"Vice President ran off certified trainers so his friend and uncertified yes men could be brought in to always agree with him.. training dept is not working now"

"Fire the executives and find people concerned about the company and not in hiring people who will hide the mistakes and point fingers at others when the violations are found"

"The company must inform the people who interview the work system that they use and what they expect from every employee, for this way the interviewed one know which are his duties and as executing them, in an interview it is overlooked often"

"This is a contractor position, be prepared to be on your own."

"Distance from home office is more than 30 miles from where I work, could be closer."

"I would offer a four 10's 40 hour work week, some people would like to have 3 day weekends."

"They will expect you to work a lot of hours so make sure you care compensated for working more than 40 hrs a week."

"There compensation package was not very good. I had to have them agree to reevaluate my salary in 90 days from the time of hiring."

"They have to realize that when you are growing very rapidly that they have to compensate people for what they are worth if they expect them to stay and not look for other opportunities."

"There was really nothing about the company that I disliked. Due to personal circumstances, I elected to terminate my employment following a mutually agreed upon period of performance."

"Hold on to employees, treat them right, promote hard work, show you care, continually pulling the carrot down the road - leads to piss poor everything."
