Benning is a company always on top of New Design and Technology. Benning is a worldwide company with great products with proven reliability for products to stay running. Benning Products even continue to run after Natural Destruction of similar competitors systems operations failure."

"Documentation is critical and Standard Operating Procedures are your friend. Say what you do and do what you say."

"Customers that backed out on contracts which in turn cost the company additional expense."

"Obtain more money down prior to accepting a contract from a customer."

"Honestly, try your hardest to do the best job you can, but do not expect much in return."

"The experiences I have recieved jsut from maintaining a working ISO system for both our US facilities and over seas facilities"

"Be paitent, the owner is not the most easy persont to get along with. His trust level is very low."

"No growth, I have gone as I as I can within this organization"

"Listen to your employees, they are the ones that do the jobs day in and day out."

"Don't do it. It is not the best place to work. DONT DO IT IT IS NOT THE BEST PLACE TO WORK"

"The management and the way it was ran. Too much family involved."

"Retire and let a real manager run the company. Learn how to communicate."
