"I performed a full range of professionalquality control analyst assignments in a full-functioning capacity. Considerableindependent judgment is used to make decisions in carrying out assignments that havesignificant impact on services or programs. I enjoyed this tremendously, however I disliked what I did not know for example some of the questions asked was fro older versions of the applications that I had to research before getting the answers to the client, I wanted to have it right away."

"It closed down in Hyderabad, India, where I worked. But they relocated all employees."

"The shift was a 7 & 2 schedule which was not a healthy schedule for me"

"Cut back on redundant processes and work towards a more effecient pipeline. There are a lot of processes and proceedures that are done based on management whims and not on any science or evidence."

"Yes,I like working there. because I could fix many problems and I like the quality of products are better and better because of my hard work."

"if you have any special skill, the best way is the income should bargain, they seldom increase your income, especially in QC, his any promise should write down because he will not keep his words."

"non specialized supervisor denied his promise in my wage increase."

"Having the Doctor degree on quality management does not mean he could has real experience in quality management. his non-professional behavior hurt the employees and the benefit of the company"

"Be honest! They are more than willing to help you with your needs or requests if you are a good prospect."

"New procedures limit access for everyone and I feel I could help much more and be more productive if I was able to do things on my own rather than putting in a request and waiting on someone else to fix my issues."

"Promote from within! Higher level positions are always filled from outside the company. I feel that promoting people who are familiar with the company and processes would result in easier acclimation and better production."
