"New procedures limit access for everyone and I feel I could help much more and be more productive if I was able to do things on my own rather than putting in a request and waiting on someone else to fix my issues."

"Promote from within! Higher level positions are always filled from outside the company. I feel that promoting people who are familiar with the company and processes would result in easier acclimation and better production."
