"It's always sunny outside and always dark inside, a shame, bad."

"Get it all up front because even though it appears they're building up in this business, it's 4 years, 5 tops, and there's the downsize of Nokia Moto Siemens Blackberry and others."

What don't you like about working at Qualcomm?

"Well it's a maze of mazes, so they really need a search party to find you. I even see people working today, the holiday, just to meet schedule, but in most cases the design gets sent to India for the lower pay or no OT at all. So this is what makes me want to be here."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Well first of all have not an idealistic plan but a realistic plan. Also accelerated schedules mean accelerated cost, that's why phones are subsidized."

"I got to work with and mentor some of the smartest young people I have known."

"Be prepared to answer tough questions. Especially if you are an engineer."

What don't you like about working at Qualcomm?

"There tends to be a bit too much politics. Some places within the company it is more about how you get things done rather than getting them done."

"Keep doing what you have been doing. QC is a great company to work for."

"To continue to look for the best in the current teams that are there. I feel we hired the correct team getting the best out of everyone, every time is now the challenge."
