"The VP in charge of the whole work force, he was only concerned about how far up the ladder he could go, and would not let anybody stand in his way. A very unliked person."

"Have a main office VP who was in touch with his staff instead of doing whatever for himself, and didn't care about his staff."

"Working with lots of talented engineers and being able to contribute to interesting projects."

"Try to relax, and thank everyone for interviewing you. You will most likely meet with 5 or more interviewers."

"Far too many meetings! So many that they were counter-productive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Use better judgement in the number of required meetings. Too many meetings not only takes away from a precious resource: time, it adds lots of stress."

"The work culture is very good. Compensation offered is also good."

"Only temporary job, other temp workers were converted to direct without interview."

"Made to do tasks I don't like, made to work like a machine, negative atmosphere."

"In a team of 40 people, you should know how to equally distribute work, not make 10 people do the work of all 40... and not pay those 10 people as much."
