"Be very clean cut and straight on your interview. Once you get hired, and as long as you are one of the peons, you can relax and have a very good, and friendly relationship with the rest of the people there."
What don't you like about working at Quaker City Chemicals?
"One of the main people I worked with was very immature and was very unprofessional. They were not able to fire him because he was there for 20 years and knew everything and he knew it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to communicate and be more open with the employees. They appeared to put themselves up above the people that work under them. They made it feel as if it was us vs them. I never had a problem with the management, but the atmosphere showed a clear division."
