2.1Constant computer issues, they ask for and listen to suggestions you make, but it goes in one ear and out the other. CEO changes so often the company has no footing. Discrimination, disrespect and favoritism is tolerated rampant, although they are usually careful to not do it to openly . . . . you are asked to sign an agreement, upon employment, that requires disputes you have go to arbitration, which makes it much more difficult for you to prosecute them for bad behavior.
3.9Terrible bordering on incompetence at the senior levels of management. The ability to get what is required to do one's job was greatly hindered. The amount of uncertainty was unheard of and the mix of applications and tools was appalling given the size of the company.
3.5The company was a brilliantly led company prior to QBE purchasing it. IT was like a large family where the CEO even knew everyone there and most people's significant others and children's names. It was profitable, quick moving and fun to work at. Once QBE started asserting itself it started outsourcing the business, letting a high percentage of the long time employees go and the current workplace is very depressing.
