"There isn't anything I hated about being a QA Team Lead. Though the only thing that would make me wary was if any of my team mates understood the information provided during scrum meetings or while we discussed and addressed issues/bugs within the game itself. What I loved about it was being able to work closely with the cinematic producer and see the game progress as we continued to work on it."
"There are moments when I feel like my job is fulfilling. Those moments are when my team and I can accomplish a UAT dry run of 500 test cases in 2 weeks with an 80% passing rate; plus, while cooperating with Development on defect resolution.It's the strategy planning part of my job that I like. My team trusts me to formulate a plan and schedule for a UAT testing phase. And I don't want to let them down.The parts of the position I don't like is when reporting to the project manager, I am questioned on my team's productivity even after explanations and resolution plans have been escalated.There's a lack of communication between other teams. Thus, if you need to communicate information, you have to send it to every possible person that could get involved."
"I thoroughly enjoy find the flaws and perfections in software. I enjoy taking the application apart and putting it back together like digital legos. While there is much I enjoy about the QA world if a company is not careful their QA department can become exceptionally boring and monotonous. Serving as a team lead/ manager does alleviate some of that however, in allowing you added experience of managing people and not just the quality of the software."

"To open more areas in our specialized department so we would have more room to grow"

"I had a Great Team that had the freedom to work on several projects at once."

"Try to get into one of the main offices EARS (HQ) or a development studio."

"It felt like the other offices / studios were not all on the same page. That they were trying to discredit the work that our office was producing."

"Remember everything that a person has done, not just what they are doing today."

"Need healthcare and leading skills at PNC healthcare. Automation test scripting is a plus."

"Contracting job, I am looking for preferably full time position."

"Need improvement while co-coordinating with different teams and handling larger projects."

"I enjoyed the people I worked with. Also, since I lived so far from the office they allowed me to work from home 3 days a week which was very nice."

"This may sound harsh but I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending anyone to apply here."
What don't you like about working at One to One Interactive?
"The company was very opaque in their dealings. The employees and even middle and some upper management were completely unaware of the 'life pulse' of the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Find a good balance between transparency and need to know so that employees and managers feel like an active part of the company and a valued member of a team. Treat remote employees with the same level of respect and appreciation those that work in the corporate office receive."
