"It gave me a lot of time to learn and teach others how to program to hone my own skills."

"The pay is very little, and the upper level management tend not to listen to the student workers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the student workers more often because they get to hear what the students won't tell to the supervisors."
