"The comapny has been up for sale for the last couple of years, uncertainty surrounding future of my position due to outsourcing."

"I really can't say anything negative about working at UCR. The budget problems and pay grade freezes come with the territory as does working for any public sector organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not sure what you mean here management for whom UCR There is not much you can do with public organizations. Unions can and do call strikes. Maybe it would be wise to negotiate and avoid strikes before certain groups unionize and make larger demands."

"Too much politics and favoritism not enough teamwork. Not enough planning."

"Needs better coordination and less favoritism among all staff-hourly and salary."

"They must have the flexiibility and mindset to perform duties and responsibilites as the owners see them accomplished. Change is difficult to accomplish."
