"The culture was great at Pulte Homes, and the management team was always open to questions and concerns."

"The industry was slow, and I didn't like having to work in multiple communities and shifting of areas."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest improving the bonus program. Industry average salaries and bonus programs are much higher than Pulte's."
