"The company for the most part is all about the employees. It’s a family-first type of culture where you are engaged from the day you start. I spent almost 26 years with my Pulte family and I pretty much loved coming to work every day. If you are lucky enough to work at PulteGroup please take advantage of all they have to offer. And remember that every once in a while someone will sneak in through the cracks and make work less than pleasant. Be patient... If you tough it out enough they will work themselves right out the culture and their job."
