"I have worked for public storage for three years as a resident property manager. This company gave me experience, and experiences I never thought I'd get. It's a hurdle for many people in training because they throw you out in the field at properties you have never seen even before training is finished. as the KTP this is a very poor way for DMs to treat my trainees. Violence or harassment from customers is also a frequent problem working alone at properties. I have personally called police on many occasions. Security is lacking to protect employees leaving work at night. Particularly females. Feeling unsafe is a primary reason for an employment change."

"allocate more budgets for the IT deparment to have enough resouces to support the business goals of the company"

"It was limiting in further advancement opportunities in that branch construction office."

"Get back into the construction, acquisition and development fields. I certainly enjoyed my stay there."
