"Good company, difficult unit. You would do well if you are very middle-of-the-road in your outlook."

"The culture on the unit is clique-ish and xenophobic. Some of the other staff is nasty."

"Deal with all problems, not just those that cause you discomfort."

"I enjoy working with persons diagnosed with a mental illness in an out-patient setting, M-F, with flexibility to my schedule."

"Ensure that you keep all of your licenses and credentials update and have resources for renewing them."

"No room for advancement or expanding on leadership opportunities. Due to it being agency work, I cannot obtain vacation time."
