What don't you like about working at Genesis Behavioral Health?

"It was totally micro managed. No room for growth. Amazing amount of secrecy. No win situations. Probnlems taken to management were never resolved. Client's well being not taken into account only the almighty buck! Limited time for clients."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop the micro management! Stop the secrecy. Remember if it were not for the clients you would not have a job."
