"I have been a nurse for a few weeks in this company but worked in this corrections for over 2 years. NaphCare has newly bought the contract and so far they have been nothing but accommodating to needs of staff members."

"I've worked for NaphCare as an LPN. The turnover is constant. We work short staffed regularly, the morale is very low, constant emails are sent with increased tasks to complete with less and less staff, a lot of passive aggressive behavior from many "higher ups" in person or via mass emails sent almost daily, poor equipment, "higher ups" not stepping up and assisting when we are in need and some abusing their power, many are fearful of losing their job due to pettiness and favoritism [or lack there of], and poor/bad decisions being made for positions by people who have never worked those said positions. Their computer program is great - when it is working and not freezing, being slow, or not updating in a timely matter or at all. The job itself is not hard and can be enjoyable; however, due to the above and much much more - it has become a very negative experience. It may just be this facility - as I hear great things about some of their other facilities. Whatever the case, I have my personal reasons for pushing through toughing it out for as long as I can/need to."

"We work hard. Really hard. So if you don't like working hard then NaphCare wouldn't be for you"

"Make sure you get all offers in writing. They will tell you anything to get you on board then change your duties."

"They promote under qualified people simply as job buffers and sell an incomplete product that requires constant maintenance."

"Hire real managers for the IT staff instead of yes men."

"working the 12 hour night shift with 3days on and 4 days off"

"Training was poor"

"Take a closer look at their upper echelon appears to be poor. Support poor for them also."

"The pay was AWESOME. The are very good to their corporate employees but it is all about the money not the quality of healthcare delivery."
