"I suggest that the person be REALLY well versed in dealing with difficult people and can be able to intervene and take control of the situations as needed"

What don't you like about working at Providence Health & Services?

"There was too much personal drama between divorcing owners and it did not provide a healthy or happy working environment for any of the workers. I did my best to shield the other employees from fallouts but there is only so much one can do."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that the owners learn how to keep their personal issues at the door when coming to work"
