What do you like about working at Aflac?
"I enjoyed having the opportunity to learn my profession and craft around seasoned, corporate technical writers and communications professionals at Aflac."

"Successful Aflac candidates should be young, knowledgeable, articulate, and possess a Bachelors degree with a minimum of one years' professional experience. A successful interview would be one in which a thorough knowledge of core competencies is displayed complimented by a professional, friendly demeanor that is appropriate for a corporate environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"Aflac management should strengthen its lateral communication and approval structure so that requests can be approved by colleagues closer to and able to more quickly respond to pending communiques."

"Steady work, while you have it. Economy hurts. I'd still go back if conditions allow."
What don't you like about working at Siemens?
"They have a software program, SAP. I was given little, if any help learning it. With the right people and time allowing, I would have liked this program."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"See to the needs of those needing help. My manager was fair, a little tough. His sense of humor is there, he needs a little more."
