"Pay wasn't very good."

"I don't have any major suggestions, as far as the management goes. Everyone in Management was very helpful."
What do you like about working at Latter & Blum?
"Latter & Blum was a very good place to working they was fair and the salary was good . I would still be there, but due to Katrain in 2005 I left new Orleans and move back."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Yes just look very clean cut and well drees for the interview."
What don't you like about working at Latter & Blum?
"Realy I do not have any dislikes."

"AIMCO is okay, just needs a little fine tuning to come up to speed with the real world."
What do you like about working at AIMCO?
"The company offers a great deal of training to promote growth. Family-like feeling with residents and co-workers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"AIMCO has been a great place to work for the last eight years and I do not discourage any newcomers to the company as they will adjust to new policies and will not be losing any compensation or benefits."
What don't you like about working at AIMCO?
"Poor compensation packages and pay scale not consistent. No support from upper management down to the site level."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Review compensation packages in a realistic 2009 life scenario as opposed to a model set forth in the early 90's. Teach corporate level employees how to treat site level employees with respect and support the people who are on site dealing with resident issues on a daily basis."
What do you like about working at Sunny Hills-Palladium?
"Planning/coordinating construction projects on tenant improvements. Making improvements to the buildings when possible."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Express interest in customer service and commercial real-estate."
What don't you like about working at Sunny Hills-Palladium?
"Crazy tenants! Also, buildings need work but the management won't pay. These used to be nice commercial buildings but they have really been let go and there is nothing that can be done about it."

"Maintain the buildings and make improvements to increase leasing activity."

"The company was a privately owned family run business when I started my employment and then it was taken public and no longer run by family."
