"START LOOKING AT THE PEOPLE THAT THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX WITH GOOD IDEA'S AND COMPANSATE THEM WELL INSTEAD OF IGNORING THEM AND GOING ON HOW LONG SOMEONE HAS BEEN HERE. SOMEONE MAY BE HERE A LONG TIME BUT NOT BE FRESH TO WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON IN THE REAL WORLD, THEY JUST HAVE BEEN HERE LONGER AND HAVE ONE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE TIMES THAT MANY YEARS."

"The best part was working with my husband but also being able to help seniors live there life to the fullest."

"Have a strong relationship with your husband or wife. You spend alot of time together and you learn alot about each other good and bad. Also have a heart these residents have been thru things we learned in school. They have alot of great stories."

"Working where youlive is hard because you are always at work even on your days off."

"My boss was excellent and she gave me the space I wanted since I excelled so fast with little supervision. She trusted me to get things done and I did!"

"They lost too many properties which is why I had to leave."

"Although it was a national company, it still had a small family environment. Everyone there worked well together and helped eachother whenever possible. That was the best company I've ever worked for."
