What do you like about working at Ahepa Apartments?
"I had control of operations of the property. My supervisor was out of NY. I worked with the contractors on all building updates and repairs. I had total control of the property."

"Only apply if you can improve the company."
What don't you like about working at Boydell Development Co.?
"The unstructured environment that doesn't allow room for advancement. The pay is one I'm ashamed to have accepted with the education and 15 years of experience that I now have. There are no benefits which forces me to do alternative things that are costly in order to maintain my health and the change in rules that seem to change by the week due to inexperienced upper management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"So many. I would first start off by hiring those who only have experience/education and not just based upon nepotism. Also I would do research on the successful companies in the area in the same field and run my company in a like manner. Hiring those who have already been successful in the field would be sought out."
What do you like about working at Shinda Management?
"I worked for Shinda over 10 years and I always feel like my second house."
What don't you like about working at Shinda Management?
"When I was working with MRI system on site, the internet conection was really slow."
What do you like about working at Heatherwood Communities?
"Everyone worked as a team. Always busy training, was great. Owners appreciated your work. Pleasure to go to work."
