"Find a specialty and a niche."
What don't you like about working at Prolifics?
"You do not get the credit you deserve for deploying those technologies, selling those technologies and being a project manager all at the same time. You travel all over the country and word with very little credit given toward that either. You live in airports and on airplanes."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Higher pay. Some type of commision for technical sales."
