"The fact I lost my job because of a bad General Superindent I was tranferred under and the Y2K scare that cost a lot of good people to get laid off."

"very fast pace if you slow down you will get swallowed up"

"they did not believe in family time, they always wanted you to work 24 hours 7 days a week, they did not like you to take time off on weekends"

"Managers needed to know what they where doing professionally, the supers knew more than the PM, PM would ride on the coat tails of the superintendent."
