"It was a great place to work, I had the ability to make decisions that would advance the progress of the project without a lot of red tape."

"I didn't have any problems working there"

"Overall I really enjoyed my time at Machado, if that's what you're asking."
What do you like about working at Machado Construction?
"I was never taken advantage of as a salaried employee. If I put in over time, I got paid over time. I never had to ask for a raise and the owner was very generous!"

"I think showing yourself as dependable would be a good selling point. When I worked there they had a lot of problems with laborers and such calling out or just not showing up."

"There wasn't really anything I didn't like."

"At Machado None, they've pretty well got things covered!"

"There was no micro-managing, everyone is willing to help if there is a problem or if there are any questions. There have a great team both in the offices and in the field. I like the vast and versitle amout of knowledge that the employees had."

"They are very intense in there interviews. Make sure you have all your ducks in a row."
What don't you like about working at C.W. Driver?
"I feel they have become to large too fast and they are having trouble keeping up with personnel."

"The San Diego office is run very differently than the other 3 offices."
