"I was recruited for the ground floor start up of a General Contracting Company and allowed to run the Electrical division."

"I don't have any as that company is now out of business."

What don't you like about working at Key Systems?

"Did not really have any negative experiences while working for Key Assoc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better planning and certainty of back up funding. Better estimating."
