Summit Properties Employee

"Not a good place. Management is serious lacking in knowledge. They are also very lazy. The corporate office has no idea what is going on in their remote locations. The PNW manager is rebuilding his house and shop with company money and no one has realized it. Very unorganized. Very unprofessional. A real mom and pop hillbilly type of place. I once saw a project manager wear a shirt to a meeting with a client (that was a female) that said stop staring at my ***cock***. It had a big picture of a rooster but still... be professional!"

"Labor resources are not consistent and many times men are sent to a job only to be moved the next week. Superintendents are not allowed to read contracts with sub-contractors. PM's are extremely hard to get in touch with if there is a problem"
