"I like working at KBR in the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program because of the complex mission of building bases and providing support for our U.S. troops."

"KBR is a great company to work for. Potential employees should have a good understanding of their job requirements and expect change once hired."
What don't you like about working at KBR?
"As with most companies, politics in the workplace is discouraging, but the lack of key personnel in critical positions was the biggest challenge."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Selection of candidates for key positions should be according to their skill sets and not their affiliation with organizations or current employees. A weak link in a key management position has a cascading downstream effect. Communication within management could also be improved to increase efficiency and effectiveness."

"There is no room for great career, no matter how hard one works, he/she stays almost at the same point."

"In all management courses it is highlighted that that the human factor is not the one that costs the most to a company. If there a need for cutting down, closing down departments and subsidiaries is not the right solution."

"Be creative in your ideas and this company does not promote conservative thinking. They need fresh and concrete ideas"

"The salary increment was slow and need long time to judge if you can get a salary increment"

"Continue the Recreation Club activities events in the company, this had improvement bonds between Departments"

"It is a very good old engineering company. Job security is immence. Salary is at per market rate. But for young generations this is not a perfect match."

"The acceptence of new technology is very poor. They almost nullify the acceptency level of new technology. Promotion policy & appraisal policy for good performers are not well organised"

"The rules & regulations of company should be documented. Everyone should know what are the company policy for various levels. What are the performence measuring criteria should be conveyed to all. What is the roll of an individual should be clear."

"Client relations when it came to me. One particular client fundamentally believed there was a conflict of interest with me working on her race when there wasn't and, therefore, made it seem as if I were purposely trying to sabotage her campaign."

"Minimize the amount of petty gossip in the office. Communication is key."

"the commute, the chance for advancement, management's view of the it staff. the support it staff get."

"try to stand behind your staff. provide yearly reviews, raises, a few commendations. a company dinner once a year and a company picnic doesn't work to well with white collar staff."
