"I had a good job at WaMu, corporate culture and colleagues were great, as was the work/life balance; compensation was average"

"I had an interesting job and liked the people I worked with. Projects were challenging, but restrictive in scope; hours were set as 9-5PM."

"There was no shared knowledge about what other units were doing; bonuses were poor; I had very little face-time with my supervisor, who worked in Seattle"

"The company was a start up (management buyout) requiring all systems to be created and implemented. Pace was fast moving and many responsibilities were required of me."
