What do you like about working at eDocument Resources?
"I loved it. It broke my heart to leave, but there was not enough billable PM work available."

"Be prepared to work hard and to offer innovative solutions to problems you and your team mates experience."
What don't you like about working at eDocument Resources?
"There was so much nonbillable work to do that other team members did not like doing but I did that I wish that there had been less of an emphasis on billable work for the PM position."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Redefine the responsibilities of the PM position to include 30% time providing sales support, and reduce billable hour requirements accordingly. This was a critical component of the job, and without it, sales would not happen, but the company did not allocate enough hours to it. Also, they should consider a new vendor as the product was very inconsistent between versions, which required excessive workarounds. Alternatively, they should consider buying their vendor so that they can control the quality and consistency of the product."

What do you like about working at NV Select Remodeling?
"The hours are flexible and the ease of getting my projects completed is relieving with a great team. Although, the company is small (5-10 employees), it is rewarding to be able to throw in new ideas and have them reviewed without hesitation from the owners"

"None, they are great and enjoyable people to work for!"

"The construction industry is a man powered world, and can be a bit challenging as a young woman. This is not to say that I don't like anything about this company, but I enjoy solving the challenges and road blocks"

"Possibly to enforce the set hours and arrival time a bit more. Be a bit more strict"

"The hours are not set, and sometimes is very slow with no work at all."

"NET is a great company to work for but they typically pay in the 20 percentage. Expect to work at least 60 hours."

"Bureaucracy - too many rules, way outdated, too many hoops to jump through to complete a project, even more obstacles to making internal improvements. Very poor communication within the Department, each group operating within isolated silos, making it hard to get things done."
