"company has no value for family (oil boom all about the $$$$)commute to work was 90 miles one way - made a 10 hour day into a 14 hour dayI worked in HR when I first started there and was upset by the way they treated people. (turnover was over 50%) Very heartless, uncaring, cold.Not organized"

"Get organized - learn to communicate - learn to treat people properly"

"At the time, it offered an opportunity to gain accounting knowledge in a small setting by sending me to various job sites."

"I relocated 5 times in the 2 years of employment. As a single person this is fine, but it is detrimental to the family."

"Utilize technology so relocation is not as frequent, only requiring travel on a periodic basis."
