"It was a small team so I was able to lean a lot and get my hands wet on a lot of projects. I was also head of customer service."

"That the contract job ended early."

"They need to grow as a company and expand their client base."

"They were not the type to micro manage, allowed me to use my skills to manage my desk, while still being open to discussion if need be."

"just be yourself"

What don't you like about working at ATI Architects and Engineers?

"While they prided themselves as keeping it lean as far as staffing, they went through quite a few hiring and firing spurts. I've found that for every person let go, you spend about half their salary in training (quite a loss of profit)."

"keep staffing stable, communicate what is going on, company forcasts. People want to be a part of the big picture"
