"The red dirt on the construction site was very messy."

"Make sure that none of the contractors leave the job-site without cleaning up their areas."

"The lack of strong hierarchies enables everyone to feel somewhat equal. There are also many quality people working there."

"Make sure you get along with the team you will be on."

"A lot is expected without the appropriate pay increases. We are asked to do more, but also, to still do what we have already been doing."

"Evaluate the redundancies in the different departments, and bring in more support staff. The same people should not be on every committee across the board."

"I do not like the lack of responsibility given to me, nor do I like the process in which things here are done."

"Reorganize the departments and the people. There is too much money being wasted. Also fit people into the positions that they will be most effective at."
