"Junior Achievement programs are great for local classrooms, but like a lot of companies they have been hit hard by the economy and have had to work with way less."
What do you like about working at Junior Achievement?
"I love coordinating the programs and working with kids, teachers, volunteers and parents. I also love that I get to be a mentor for local high school kids senior projects."

"They love it when a person has been involved in the program in some way (i.e. volunteering, learning, attended one of the events, is a parent with the program in their child's classroom.)"

"I don't like that there is no room for advancement."

"Did not care for the insensitive/abrupt manner the hospital discharged employees during the downsizing that occurred in 2007. This method affected patient care and the way in which the hospital was perceived by the community."

"Downsizing of staff/employees can be done in a sensitive/caring/respectful/companionate manner. Staffing pattern should reflect the community composition/profile. Hospital needs bi--lingual (Spanish speaking) staff and to be culturally competent.."
