"Integrity and Value of my work is very important to me, I was disappointed to leave."
What do you like about working at Hoag?
"I enjoyed working with the Leadership team and think Hoag has good potential. There were a great deal of medical professionals that I enjoyed working with."
What don't you like about working at Hoag?
"Hoag is not quite ready to host large clinical trials. The company had just acquired a new hospital, which took most of the time and energy."

"I left this position due to company downsize. Up until this point, excellent performance reviews."
What do you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?
"The culture of the company and the roles I was assigned -- able to work indepently."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not to micro-manage. When a job is assigned, have faith that the individual can perform."
What don't you like about working at Sylvan Learning?
"The owner gave lukewarm support and direction as to task requirements. Making of money as opposed to the improvement of students was the overriding imperative."

"Freedom to work by myself, there was no time cop issue. At first there was promise."

"Don't hold your breath, the opportunities are fickle and don't trust your future to them. There is a support group for former employees (who have integrity)"

"There was a lot of promise, but there was a big lack of integrity to make sure major issues were taken care of before they blew up. When they blew up, the leaders blamed the little man."

"To pay attention, be involved with the direct workers and know what they do so that you can best supervise."
