"Freedom of work schedule. Time was fluid allowing me to drop my kids off at school and take any time necessary for appointments so long as the time missed was replaced."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Know who you are dealing with. Buying into the 'we are on the cusp of something big' pitch may leaving you wondering what that something is."
What don't you like about working at Cadsoft?
"Everything is micro managed and run on a less than shoe string budget. Resources required were simply not made available."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Wear less hats. Hiring the proper people for the proper positions instead of trying unsuccessfully doing those jobs yourself should lead to a better overall product."

"growth opportunities are limited within my area otherwise I enjoy the work"

"None, the business goes through economic cycles which sometimes doesn't allow for growth in certain sections of the company."

"The work itself was fantastic. Always something interesting to work on."

"If you're a woman, forget it, especially if you're younger and prettier than the VP of Professional Services which, chances are, you will be. And expect every word that comes out of her mouth (VP) to be a lie."

"Leadership and the people I reported to; weren't very forthright about much of anything and were just nasty human beings."

"Fire the VP of Professional Services and sell the company to someone who knows what they're doing."

"I love the comradery, the strong sense of team, and the fact that there really are no limits to what we can achieve working together."

"Get ready to take a drink from the firehose - we work fast and furious!"

"Working with a smaller team can at times prove a challenge, but the struggles make the victories that much more sweet."
