"Poor leadership. Extremely political. Waring factions: Lanier and Ricoh Americas. Lots of lying and deceit on the part of middle management. No effort on the part of middle management to promote harmony and synergy."

"Take what the reps have to say to heart. Act to resolve issues and remove the barriers to success, instead of covering you backside."

"Fast-paced environment. Extremely competent technical resources. Strong and effective direct and channel sales team."

"Disparate policies and procedures."

"Listen to your sales teams and support staff. Better (faster) integration of acquisitions. Promote more internal candidates."
