"Allowed to work independently with minimal supervision, but adequate training provided beforehand."

"Not much opportunity for contract jobs, but given the opportunity I would have accepted a full-time position with them."

"I was sad that my contract ended since working with my supervisor was great. People there are trying real hard to develop valuable products."

"Locate people working together closer in proximity so you don't feel so spread out over 2 floors"

"Just be yourself and try to go with the flow."

"It was run by three brothers and there were a lot of times when they were not on the same page."

"I think it would be a good idea to assign management duties to just one person to avoid conflicts."

"I worked graveyard and weekends and some holidays as well."

"To be more hands on. I rarely saw then and they rarely visited the department"

"I like working with ACM because I was convinced that there will be room for growth and improvement. I was informed that I have potential in leading a team and to share ideas with them for more constructive changes."

"To be more open in changes and be broad enough to learn more about the person's capabilities instead of sticking only to the expectations of others."
What don't you like about working at ACM Technologies?
"There is a very limited growth in the company. I want to work with a team who comprised with more ideas to share with and not feel alone in doing all the work and creativity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest that they work hand-in-hand with me as their graphic designer. I suggest that they do not talk about personal issues in the work place. I also suggest that they hire a better Marketing Manager who can manage an entire department and look over the points that needs to be done as priority and not stick on just one work all the time."
