"I did not like the global structure at all, but I had a great team and boss to work with."

"It was a well respected company that did excellent work.Nice clean modern work environment.Great flexible hours."

"There was no room to grow and sometimes I felt like I wasn't as important as I wanted to be to the company."

"Hallmark is a historic brand with a top heavy, entrenched administration of non-creatives without a clue on how to utilize the worlds largest group of talented and creative people, while struggling with changing technologies."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is a great job for someone needing to pay off student loans. Not a great places to build a design or artistic style."
What don't you like about working at Hallmark Cards?
"This management team seems to be trying every fad available without understanding the basic concept which leads to contradictory message Once you are pigeonholed you are there forever with little of no change to advance."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should take a few of the in the trenches workers to lunch every month without their managers or supervisors. Diversify. Diversify."
What do you like about working at Aquent?
"Quality of work and their knowledge of the industry and what their clients' needs are."

"I liked everything about my last job. my company taught me importance of certain keys from the business, achievement, and professional profile."
What don't you like about working at Realtime Associates?
"The only thing my past employer could not offer was the ability to contribute more in different areas in the smaller environment."

"Work was not very challenging and neither was the opportunity for promotion and more pay."

"Good graphic design stepping stone."
What do you like about working at NADS?
"NADS (as it's lovingly called) was a good stepping stone for getting into the graphics industry. They are always willing (space available) to hire entry-level graphic designers right out of school."
What don't you like about working at NADS?
"NADS did not offer any sort of health or retirement benefits while I worked there, and suggestions and options to the upper management on these items was always met with a wall.The pay, while adequate, is no where near the local, state or national amount for the same type of job, and there is little to no room for personal growth or career advancement within the company."
