"I like the laid back atmosphere. Management is great and very friendly."

"Just be yourself. Management has a sense of humor and act like normal people."
What don't you like about working at Thomson Reuters?
"I am not too fond of taking phone call after phone call. I also don't like the lack of room to grow. Their idea of growing is training you on more of their products."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest to push career development more. Learning more of your products is not the same as developing a career."

"The opportunity to learn new products and be hands on direct with customers using the Bayer brand."

"Before interviewing ask yourself what your five year plan is. If it's to stay in the position you are interviewing for; then you maybe satisfied. However, if your long term goals differ from the short term; make sure a plan is mapped out and your questions are geared to your long term goals as well. You may get vital information that will alter your decission making."
What don't you like about working at Bayer CropScience?
"Although a very huge company, you can get lost in translation. Too many clicks that may go with the tied of managements suggestions, but not necessarily ultimatums."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Sometimes talent lies within a company and not from distant relatives. You may get more productivity from an individual who wants to prove him or herself rather than lay back because an Uncle is VP of a division. This can be extremely dangerous for the company and soundness of the work environment."

"The senior leadership has been really good in providing me opportunities to grow as an employee. My position has been secure through tough economic times. Senior leadership has put me in these positions to ensure they can keep me and have labeled me a valued employee."

"Have ideas and know the company. Williams International is a proud place and knowing the industry success of Williams International can always bring forth a smile in an interview."
What don't you like about working at Williams International?
"The only thing at Williams International that I do not like is the lack of advancement opportunities. As a small successful company, employees wait for others to retire before opportunites become available."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Suggestions I continue to have with management envolves process improvements. Recently I have been tasked with seeking out new methods to process scheduling engines into our repair station and monitoring costs. We were able to accomplish this in conjuntion with our IT department by combining two systems and making improvements to both."

"The people, my boss, and the learning opportunity."

"Driving 300 miles per week was not enjoyable."
