"I've worked at NBCUniversal for 7 years, and in that time, I've learned so much. At the same time, I've learned NBCUniversal is a "business company", not a "people company". What I mean by this is the bottom line always comes first, and unfortunately that can lead to tough working conditions as corners get cut and the end product suffers. I look to work for a company who puts people and the projects first. I firmly believe that a positive work environment yields better work and the bottom line is effected positively."
