"The company is run by accountants that have poor vision for where the market is going."

"Utilization rates can be fixed with layoffs but you have to understand who are and aren't talented when making those decisions."

"Clariant gave me resources to complete R&D work ranging from short term developments to long term research."

"I liked the chemists I was working with . I had a nice group of chemists working for me."

"Be careful what you are expecting to be in the next 10 years and is this a right compnay for you to work for."
What don't you like about working at Sigma-Aldrich?
"The management at Isotec was worse at its best. Management has least knowledge of the business they were managing and running the company not in a effective way. Most of the employees were unhappy and a number of employees left."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management should be considerate to the employees and provide right tools for them to work with. Managemnet should not dictate to the employees what to do. The managemnt should have the basic knowledge of the business they are running."

"Good benefits."

"Find a boss who is people oriented, and honest."
What don't you like about working at Amgen?
"Bad manager and director."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do more investigation and examinations about managers who lied and inflated their jobs achievement when talked to their directors and demonstrated with poor people skills. Once confirmed with multiple inputs, they should be removed from their positions."

"Good training and culture."

"At UK Witney site, not follow the rule Abbott set for."

"Speed, simplicity, aiming for results, not words."

"Excellent scientific staff."

"Neurocrine is facing tough challenges to survive. Employment at Neurocrine is unstable at best."
What don't you like about working at Neurocrine Biosciences?
"It is not Neurocrine's fault, that the FDA handed down an unfavorable ruling in response to a drug application. However, most of us had to live with the consequences."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Look for unmet needs in drug R&D, be more flexible in finding and following up on new opportunities."
