"I got to worked from home and salary was ok but not great given the environment"

"Do not go to work for them I do not know anyone that has more iit more than 15 months."

What don't you like about working at GlaxoSmithKline?

"I don't like too much management. The emphasis is on project management and not quality of work. More and more projects are outsourced. There is a lack of significant new products. They are layoff-happy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep better care of technical experts you have. They will give you new products, not project manager or outsourcing technical work."
