"An interesting learning experience in legacy architecture. The team is warm and inviting but the push to modernize is lacking. Great for junior web developers looking to get into the leisure and travel space."

Technical Manager

"Born in Italy, but for the past 12 years I’ve been living in CA - USA where I was employed by Princess Cruises Line and worked in the Santa Clarita Head quarter as a Technical Manager New Builds, and holding Green Card or Permanent residency. My entire work experience is enriched with various projects carried out in teams where mostly I have worked in the leading position / where mostly I have been involved in the leadership role. This includes, but not limited to, launching three new passenger vessels which can carry up to 5500 souls. Through my professional career, I have demonstrated a keen ability to lead and influence internal and external stakeholders across the business with my communication and ideation skills. Other than that, I effectively managed the budget and respective performance. Through rigorous hard work and a keen eye to detail, I have been able to achieve outstanding results. I am sure, given the opportunity, I can bring significant value add to your organization, utilizing my appropriate skill set,"

"I've worked Princess Cruises company for 4 years. This company is good for money but the company policies and rules are not good. We need to work 13 hours a day, 7 days a week, no day off. We find it very hard because we are just human, not a robot. We need to rest as well but working there is like they treat us like a robot."
