"Ask questions! You're not there to be scrutinized, you're their to be interviewed and to have the opportunity to interview the person on the other side of the desk, as well. Get to the nitty gritty!"

"Weak training for new recruits, not a high success rate for those with a lack of personal time management or organization."

"Come up with an employee manual, and one synchronized way to train new agents for a more positive effect on the market."

"The teaching was fantastic. I learned a lot about financial products available and how to teach others."

"Be aware that the position is straight commission and they do not give you leads. But, the company has great training & treats its top salesman fantastic."

"Sales was difficult for me. And they did not give you leads. You had to find leads through you friends and family."

"Actually I don't have any suggestions for management. They are great."

"The best part of the company are friendly encouraging people that work there. They pay for your life insurance schooling and reimburse you for the state text. Also, They have amazing incentives and bonuses and there is the potential to make a large salary."

"Be honest with yourself and the interviewer and only interview if you are ready to learn and work hard. This job is constantly changing and you must keep up with the new information. if you are unwilling to learn and work hard it will be pointless to interview."

"The salary greatly varies month to month and there is the possibility of making nothing."

"There were only a few insignificant things that I would do differently but the management at my office seemed to do all they can to help people succeed in the business."

"To have a positive attitude, be a people person, bring credibility to themselves and be honest. Have high ambitions and a lot of motivation."

"I went from about 80K a year to commission only, but the company teaches making commissions with no stress and no risk, by making it a part-time opportunity while working for someone else."

"None... I think they are on track and have a great business model for this opportunity."

"We only improve the financial future of our clients. If our services don't improve their situation we don't do business."

"Full commission and an inability to influence our Senior Vice President. Also negative people who don't want to improve their situations."

"Focus more on building relationships and truly understanding our clients, their situations and their solutions. Don't just sell products."
