"PetSmart used to be a good place to work but they fired me when I was there for almost 11 years with no WRITE UPS in my file. Yes, I messed up, but they should have written me up, not fire me. Other managers did much worse than I did and they got a slap on the hand or a write-up."

"Don't work for this company. They made me very wrong. They fired me 3 weeks before my wedding. I did not do something wrong enough to be fired."

"I do not like how they treat their employees. I fought for them all the time."

"Get managers who care about those below them."

"I love it! It's a great retail environment to work in. It is fast-paced and extremely detailed in daily tasks."

"The company is very big on policy and procedures. And you should show a genuine affinity for animals."
