"I've worked for Premise Data for less than a year and was specifically brought in to help the company prepare for scale and transformation by implementing a new HRIS (achieved in under 30 days), bring on a new benefits broker and partner with them to transform our benefits offering to current and future employees, and implement a data-driven approach to decisions regarding Premise employees to maximize trust, compassion, and the overall employee experience. I was fortunate enough to work with a CEO and other leaders with the same mindset, putting employees first and the company second. Through this transformation, we were successful in reducing attrition, pivoting our business model, and letting employees be the drivers in terms of defining and making decisions on what they need (within reason) in order to be productive and happy in the workplace."
